Not Again! Justin Bieber sued for ordering his bodyguard to beat-up a photographer

Justin Bieber’s long list of legal dramas don’t seem to be diminishing any time soon.

American website TMZ claims a new lawsuit has been filed against the Canadian-born star by attorney Sark Ohanian on behalf of photographer Aja Oxman.

TMZ allege to have obtained legal documents where Aja claims he was subjected to a violent attack from one of Bieber’s bodyguards at Shipwreck Beach in Kauai, Hawaii last November.

The photographer snapped the 20-year-old jumping off a giant cliff face into the water.

Apparently once Justin and his team caught wind of the photos, Bieber ordered his bodyguard Dwayne Patterson to ask Aja to delete all the images.

When he refused, Dwayne allegedly became violent – holding Aja’s neck, pushing him onto a car bonnet, destroying his camera and stealing his memory stick, according to the lawsuit.

The lawsuit also claimed the popstar ‘enjoyed the beating’ and demanded: ‘Go get his memory card and do whatever you have to do to get that card.’

Aja argues these actions were unfounded because Justin was jumping off the cliff in a public beach for all to see.

At the time Patterson was charged for third degree assault and fourth degree criminal property but let go on $3, 000 bail.

In November, TMZ reported the photographer told police officers he didn’t have any injuries nor did he seek medical help.

Justin’s fateful day at the beach last November was during a brief break from his Never Say Never tour before he flew into Australia to perform and subsequently hit the headlines for allegedly visiting a strip club in Sydney’s Kings Cross.
