Alexa QuidParticipantI have big problems with resting. Those tips like “take breaks from work every couple of hours” make no sense to me. What am I even supposed to do during those breaks? I feel like I’m wasting time when I could be doing something and finishing earlier.

Greg BjorgParticipantThis is how problems with fatigue start. Listen, mini breaks are made to switch your attention, get distracted, take a breath. You can go outside and get some air, take a coffee break, play something short, do a quick stretch. I like play spades, for example. Basically, do something that switches your focus, and then you come back to work with fresh energy.
