5 Ways You Can Make Your Day Great Everyday

We all experience it; in the morning, you are full of energy and ready for the day. But barely hours into the day, you have this torrent and cascading mixtures of feelings. All the energy and vibe you had in the morning….all gone like chaffs in the storm. You struggle to save your upbeat feelings but it’s like you never going to ever find and that alone is enough to have a bad day. You can do something about it. Below are five smart ways to have a great day not just in the morning or some hours of the day but all day long and in fact every day.

  1. Get Enough Sleep:Experts recommend 7 hours sleep a day. Ensure you get enough sleep at night. Little sleep make us feel sloppy and stressed. Lack of sleep affects our health. To get enough sleep, you need to cut down on time you spend on the internet and before the TV right before bed time. Avoid heavy food, tea or coffee. Sleep early and rise early.
  2.  Exercise:You don’t have to go to a gym or run miles every day. You are not preparing for the Olympics. Just few sit-ups or jumping the rope would do. A simple exercise every morning is a good way to begin your day. Exercises are a good way to wake the body system every morning. It makes the heart remain stronger and keeps you healthy
  3. Drink plenty of water:Dehydration is one major cause of stress. Stress can make your day horrible. Experts recommend we take at least 7-8 glasses of water every day. Water hydrates our body system because it is a major component of our blood. Drinking water can help direct our focus back to an activity.
  4. Stay positive and Lend a helping hand:To enjoy your day, you need to have a positive look on everything. Focus on the bright side of things. Remain optimistic. Help others succeed. It’s amazing how most times our happiness is hidden in the happiness of others, especially when were the reason for their happiness. There’s so much joy to derive from putting a smile on someone’s face. Help others everyday and you are sure going to have a great day every day.
  5. Stay productive:Learn something new every day; it could be a game, a skill, a language etc. In order to be productive, try something new for a new outcome. You can’t continue to do the same thing every day and expect a different result. So, my advice – Skip social media, stay away from the TV, prepare a different meal. Just do something different. Make a to-do list and work hard to achieve them. When we meet our targets, we are glad with ourselves. It’s natural.
