ParticipantI don’t like all these sports gadgets. I feel like, even if it sounds a little old-fashioned, that for a productive workout you don’t need watches to track stuff at all.

ParticipantFor me, all these watches are like a city map for someone who moved 10 years ago but still panics if suddenly there’s no internet and they can’t find their way. I work out with madmuscles madmuscles.com/review. Meaning I have a calculated, personal workout plan from the app, which I follow, and I doubt the watches could tell me anything new. I already understand perfectly well myself if I trained well or could’ve pushed harder .
