The Teenagers Growing Businesses Club is a Growing Businesses Foundation programme designed to support teenagers with entrepreneurial ideas by guiding them through business best principles in a fun and engaging atmosphere.
The programme features quarterly workshops and an annual small business fair with 4 workshops hosted for over 70 students till date.
With an efficient mentorship system in place, 62% of teenagers at the last workshop set up a business in 60 days with exhibitions and public appearances to push awareness for their ideas.
The TGBC workshops are designed to be engaging for the teen participants and span different business and leadership themes.
Upon graduation from the programme, Teenagers become peer mentors to the next class of students.
The flexibility of the TGBC curriculum allows for integration into schools and the first TGBC school club is set to commence soon. TGBC welcomes mentors and sponsors, with a franchise that can be initiated in and out of schools across Nigeria.
