Importance of Constituted Authority.
The importance of constituted authority cannot be overemphasize. Some of the points below are the importance of constituted authority:
- protection of citizens: The government ensures that all the citizens are protected from both internal and external danger. They ensure all citizens are free from terrorism.
- Development of the society: Constituted authorities joins hands together to bring about development in the society through maintenance of law and order.
- Religious authority helps followers to be closer to God and helps the followers to fear God.
- Constituted authorities are responsible for the smooth running of the society.
- They ensure the people lives in peace with one another,
- They ensure orderliness in the state and help to settle dispute in the society.
- They also help to make policies and decisions to achieve the set goals.
Likely Problems of Constituted Authorities
- Inability to delegate power: when leaders finds it difficult to delegate power to their subordinate it becomes a problem which means he is not creating room for others to grow
- Not providing feed backs: Leaders need to pass information to those he is leading
- Failure to define goals: Any constituted authority should define his goal so that followers can work along with him to achieve the set or defined goals
- Embezzling of funds
