Hip hop sensation, Wande Coal, has released the video of his hit song, Rotate.
The video, shot by ace director, Sesan Ogunro, was officially released on Monday, October 28, and reports indicate that it is enjoying play time on both local and satellite television stations already.
Popularly called ‘The Black Diamond’, Wande Coal released the video, which was shot in the United Kingdom, on his label, Black Diamond Entertainment.
Before the release of the Rotate video, the crooner said in a statement that he was excited taking his career to a new height, as “this is a new dawn for my career and myself, and in due course, the public will be in the know as to the new things that are happening to Wande Coal”.
He is expected to host a world press conference to announce some changes in his profile soon.
The former member of the famous Mo’ Hits squad spent a couple of weeks in the UK doing some new recordings while also shooting the music video.
Wande Coal (real names Oluwande Ojosipe) is a singer/songwriter who started his journey as a professional musician in 2006 under the highly acclaimed Mo’ Hits Records. His time with the label saw him create a space for himself in the hearts of the Nigerian youths through his remarkable musical talent.
In a short while, Wande Coal was the favourite artiste of many, and his songs were the anthems ringing on the airwaves. He is an entertainer who never ceases to thrill his audience wherever he performs. In his debut album titled M-to-M, Wande Coal scored a good number of hits which saw him officially move from the status of a talented singer to a superstar.
Till date, Wande Coal is one of the few Nigerian artistes who can boast of consistency in his career, as the quality of his work, which can be judged by its acceptance, is always excellent.
If statistics are anything to go by, from the amount of airplay attention and love Wande Coal is currently receiving from his released singles, it is a no brainer to state that his musical offering in the body of his sophomore album is one of the most anticipated in 2013.
Wande Coal will be launching his album under his very own label, Black Diamond Entertainment, later this year.
