Now let’s be clear- it is nobody’s right to dictate when others get married or to whom. Yet, I must admit that it is beautiful thing when two people come together to become one as it is, living as husband and wife. It is even nicer when our favourite celebrities get married. Perhaps this explains why we are often eager to see them walk down the aisle, and then feel disappointed when this fail to happen even though they are grown and over-ripe for marriage. Anyway, this article serves dual purposes- exposing these unmarried celebrities to you and also trying to match them to one another. I can only hope that the latter plan works out. LMAO!
1. DON JAZZY + WAJE
Don Jazzy is one of the most eligible bachelors in Nollywood. He has plenty of money and he doesn’t look bad at all. Yet, Don Jazzy is yet to be married even though he is already 34 years old. Okay maybe 34 isn’t that old after all. But in Nigeria it is, especially when a man has money already considering the fact that bad economy is one thing that keep people here from getting married on time. Anyway, maybe Don Jazzy is simply confused as to who to marry. With all those pretty girls swarming around him like flies, I bet it can be pretty confusing to settle down. That is why I will recommend that he and Waje get together and let the chemistry flow. You see, Waje is yet another eligible bachelorette who needs to be walking down one of those aisles already. She is a woman, just the kind of person Don Jazzy needs in his life. And you know what would even be sweeter about a likely union between those two? It is the number of beautiful, music-savvy babies they could make together! Now can we all sign the petition to get Don Jazzy and Waje walk down the aisle already?!
2. BANKY W + ADESUA ETOMI
At nearly 37 years old, Banky W is a ripe bachelor. Which lady could possibly pluck him up other than Adesua Etomi; the very beauty alongside whom he stared in the blockbuster film The Wedding Party? I mean, they have both [already] wedded…in the film that is. It was an elabourate wedding in fact, and now all we need them to confirm to us is that the wedding in the film was not just acting but an actual, real event. LOL. But seriously though, the two are a perfect match for each other and I am sure even the beautiful angels above agree. Can we get them to get married already please?
3. D’BANJ + GENEVIEVE NNAJI
Can somebody tell me why D’banj isn’t married? Let me rephrase the question- can somebody tell me why D’banj and Genevieve Nnaji aren’t married already? I mean they two actually dated for a while and everybody was hopeful that the dating would result in marriage; because the two are of course the perfect couple. But instead they separated and dashed our hopes. Anyway, we are still hopeful that they will find the way to each other’s hearts soon because they really need to. Moreover, they are both very overdue for marriage and so should get on it already.
4. RITA DOMINIC + JIM IYKE
Somehow, I have always thought that Jim Iyke and Rita Dominic are perfect for each other. She is a grown woman, beautiful and wealthy, and he is a grown man, handsome and wealthy. Both of them are unmarried and could actually make a wonderful couple. Can we add their names to the list on our petition of celebrities that must marry in 2017? Let’s do that…
