In the year of the selfie, even three world leaders can get away with the relatively new phenomenon–and at a memorial service, no less.

At an event Tuesday marking the passing of Nelson Mandela, Denmark’s Prime Minister Helle Thorning-Schmidt snapped a selfie with U.S. President Barack Obama and British Prime Minister David Cameron.

A photographer at the event caught the moment. First Lady Michelle Obama could be seen sitting nearby, clearly not taking part in the photo op.

Unhappy Michelle Obama looked less than impressed as her husband chatted to Denmark’s PM Helle Thorning-Schmidt

He may be the president of the most powerful nation in the world- but that doesn’t stop Barack Obama from getting the cold shoulder off his wife.

The pair (Barack and Helle) appeared to be getting on well, with Obama smiling broadly and patting Ms Thorning on the shoulder, this did not go down well with Mrs Obama, who looked less than impressed with her husband.
