#PNN E-MENTORING (Yoma Victor): Who Says You’re Too Small To Start MAKING Money?

This is my first article on www.passnownow.com and I am truly excited about this opportunity to hang-out with ‘myself’ 18 years ago to share wisdom that I would have loved someone older to share with me.

Guys, we live in very exciting times! The world has moved in many more ways in the last fifty years, than it did in the last five hundred years. Focusing on economic change, we have moved from the agrarian age, to the industrial age, we are now in the information age. Experts say the life-span of information today is two years; meaning that when you get into university for example, by year three, what you were taught in year one will be obsolete information. The internet and social media is influencing our language, dressing, culture, etc; and all this has happened in less than a generation. If indeed things have changed and are changing this much, it is evident that the way we learn gets to change too. This is why I celebrate Toyosi Akerele for this platform.

Here, i will be sharing thoughts on personal development and financial intelligence. I happen to be a young person who is excited about young people, because there is no end to our creativity! But though our creativity can take us to the top, developing the right character will keep us on top. Hence we need to have the right attitude to money. Unfortunately, our traditional school system does not teach us how to make money work for us, it only teaches us how to work for money – this is sad!

Whether you go to school or not, you will spend money, this is too important a topic not to learn about. I look forward to an exciting journey here with you. See you next week.
