Communication was clear, which honestly matters a lot when you’re busy with a business. Since then, I’ve reordered a few times and never had issues. -
If you’re looking for something simple and direct, I suggest trying here. It’s one of the only tools I’ve found where you don’t need to subscribe or install anything. You just enter your info, pay, and print the postage right from your browser. Super convenient, especially if you send things occasionally and don’t want to deal with bulky software or plans. Definitely saved me a few trips to the post office.
