A Dartmouth study has found that children with televisions in their bedrooms weighed one pound more on average than kids who didn’t have TVs in their rooms.
That one pound, however, is just the beginning.
While that single-digit weight gain is where the difference starts, Red Orbit reports that kids who have TVs in their rooms gained additional weight each year.
The study, published ,looked at more than 3,000 kids ages 10-14 over a four-year period.
