Every language in the world has its set of vocabularies, which are basically the words used every day by speakers of such languages. Therefore, when we talk about vocabularies, we are referring to the words in a particular language which are learnt overtime by speakers of said language starting from the moment they learn to speak. The English language which is extensively spoken all over the world has some of the world’s most famous vocabularies. For non native speakers like Nigerians, developing a large set of English vocabularies can be quite challenging. It should be noted also that it is typically the job of teachers to help students develop their vocabularies, although they often do that wrongly.
