Lately I have been exploring modern tools that automate workflows and blend digital and physical environments. Some of these solutions promise levels of efficiency that were unimaginable a few years ago. I am curious how others evaluate whether a new technology is truly transformative or just hype. What real tests do you use before adopting a cutting edge tool? Which solutions have genuinely changed your daily process?

Whenever I’m looking at a new workflow tool, I usually give it a two-week “try before you buy” approach. I focus on how it fits into what I already do rather than trying to overhaul everything at once. Real change comes when it consistently removes friction, not just when it has flashy features. I’ve found checking posts in the tech innovations hub helpful since you get real user feedback, not just marketing. A couple of solutions I tried recently genuinely streamlined repetitive tasks, which freed up mental bandwidth for more creative work.

What modern tools are truly changing the approach to business process management? These are especially interesting in areas such as procurement and finance.

There are a lot of tools out there these days, but not all of them are truly useful. I’d highlight those that automate routine tasks. For example, precoro.com helps eliminate manual procurement work. This saves the team time and reduces errors. These kinds of things really change the approach, especially in the long term.
