I’ve been wanting to get into whisky, but honestly, I have no idea where to start. Any tips?

Definitely! The first thing is to think about what kind of flavors you enjoy. Do you like something smoky and bold, or smooth and sweet?

I think I’d prefer something smooth to start with. I’m not sure I’m ready for full-on smoke.

Then go for something aged in sherry casks — they tend to have sweet, fruity, and nutty notes. GlenDronach is a great one to begin with.

Speyside and Highland are great. This online Lochs of Whisky shop is a dream come true for collectors and casual drinkers alike. I found a limited edition Japanese whisky I couldn’t locate anywhere else — and it arrived in perfect condition! The checkout process is smooth, and they offer great promotions throughout the year. I love browsing through their recommendations and curated sets. Everything feels curated with care and expertise. I’ll definitely be back for more.
