Is it really possible to lose weight without strict restrictions and giving up your favorite food?
Just so you get it, weight loss has always been like this for me: I suddenly give up all the foods I love, tasty foods. I eat chicken breast, buckwheat, cucumbers, and stuff like that. Not super strict, of course, but I leave myself a very limited set of foods.

That doesn’t sound very healthy. A lot of people lose weight like that. Me too, to be honest. Back in school I could go without food for a week, eating just one piece of chocolate a day. I really regret doing that.

Horrible, and I remember it perfectly because I went through the same thing. Honestly, I’m super jealous of young people now, and people in general now, because there is the best meal planning app for weight loss, and you just don’t even have the chance to make such a stupid mistake as completely refusing food. How did I even survive back then? And for what? Just to go down one size? What nonsense .
