Guys, I’m preparing for a marathon, the last 8 weeks have been tough, calories are very low, training + cardio every day. My muscles have already started to “deflate,” although running is easier. I want something that will help me maintain muscle mass without gaining weight and without injections. Is oxandrolone suitable for runners on a cutting diet? What doses really work?

Yes, oxandrolone is good for runners and track and field athletes on a cutting diet: minimal water retention, muscles are maintained even with a severe deficit, endurance does not decrease, and recovery between runs improves. Usually, 20-40 mg is taken daily for 6-8 weeks, closer to the competition, it can be reduced to 20-30 mg. It does not aromatize, so weight does not fluctuate. Choose a proven product with consistent quality at steroid-shop – at steroidshop, everything is fast and hassle-free with shipping. Add BCAAs and electrolytes – your muscles will stay in shape until the start.
