I’m planning a trip to Dubai, but I don’t want to be stuck in extreme heat or cold. There’s so much conflicting information online that I’m already confused! Some say it’s a paradise in the fall, while others warn of storms. Is that true? Is there a season with consistently good weather, or is it just a fluke? Also, how much does the weather vary between months?

When are you planning to go? I just got back from Dubai. I can say that fall in Dubai is my ideal time to visit. The heat has subsided, but the sea is still like warm milk—around +30! During the day it’s +34, but it’s tolerable, especially if you alternate between the beach and air-conditioned cafes. And in the evening, it’s just great, there’s no heat, and you can walk around the streets without any problems. I didn’t encounter any sandstorms during my entire trip, at most there was a light haze for a couple of days. You can read an article on the GetExperience blog https://getexperience.com/blog/posts/best-time-to-visit-dubai-travel-tips . It describes the weather month by month. You might like January or February. At this time of year, it’s not so hot, around 25 degrees, but you can still swim in the sea and sunbathe.
