UEFA Champions League: Arsenal, AC Milan crash out! (Video Highlights)

Arsenal exited the Champions League at the first knockout stage for the fourth year in a row after drawing at holders Bayern Munich.

A dominant Bayern, leading 2-0 from the first leg, had a Javi Martinez volley ruled out for offside before the break.

Bastian Schweinsteiger gave Bayern the lead from close range before Lukas Podolski shot high into the net to level the score on the night.

Thomas Muller had a late penalty saved as Bayern won 3-1 on aggregate.

In other match, Diego Costa kept up a record of scoring in every Champions League game he has played this season as Atletico Madrid beat AC Milan to reach the quarter-finals for the first time since 1997.

The striker, who scored the only goal of the first leg, volleyed in Koke’s cross after two minutes.

Kaka’s header pulled one back but Arda Turan scored with a deflected effort.

Raul Garcia headed in a third before Costa found the bottom corner from 10 yards with five minutes left.
