Chelsea star Mikel Obi has said the Super Eagles will cause some upsets at next year’s World Cup in Brazil.
Mikel said Nigeria has the potentials to upset the world at next year’s World Cup, if the players played with the same spirit that enabled the team win the Africa Cup of Nations in South Africa earlier this year.
He said the potentials are obvious but they must avoid arrogance and complacency for the team to go places
Nigeria’s best World Cup performance was reaching the Round of 16 in 1994 and 1998.
