13 Secrets Your Teacher Won’t Tell You

Turns out there are some stuff your teacher does but won’t keep you in the know.

1. I totally have favourites. Don’t act so shocked, so do you. People by nature prefer other people in varying degrees. It’s true, and I’m not different

2. And least favourites. That’s why some of you try so hard to get good grades

3. There are some of you I don’t like for literally no reason at all. It’s just something I can’t explain.

4. I’m just as scared as students are when I get called to the principal’s office. OMG! What have I done?

5. I gossip about students with other teachers. You won’t believe that little Shade now has a boyfriend.

6. And I laugh at the dumb stuff you guys write on assignments.

7. There are some days I really don’t feel like coming to your class. But what can I do?

8. If I want you to get a D in the class, you will probably get a D. Funny how you failed that test, but got an A on that mediocre essay, huh?

9. I have a crush on some of you. Ah! Please don’t tell your mum I said this.

10. I am as uncomfortable seeing my students outside of class. Seriously, the last faces I want to see on my time off are yours.

11. I really do have eyes in the back of my head. Just because I turned around, doesn’t mean I don’t know what you’re doing.

12. I totally do care what my students think about me.

13. And guess what? I have a life outside of school. Don’t dare think am always that serious. I love fun too… plenty of it.
