#PNN E-MENTORING (kayla chanai): The First Secret of Success Teens (and Everyone) Should Know

Hi everyone, for a while now, we’ve been discussing the issue of sex and I must confess it’s been very interesting. Interacting with you, discerning your concerns and answering your questions have been my greatest delight. However today, I would love to shift a little from the topic of sex to talk about ‘YOU’, yes YOU.

Am writing this straight from my heart to you, yes you reading this. I want to remind you to believe in yourself and all that you are. Many decisions and mistakes we make as teenagers most times could be avoided if only we truly believe in ourselves and all that we are worth.

I want to remind you today of how gorgeous and pretty you look.

I want to remind you of how important you are to yourself, your future, to God and this generation.

I want you to think over your life, everything that has confronted you, every pain you have passed through every time you’ve been defeated, every obstacle you surmounted and every victory you’ve won. Think of all the times you felt you were going to fail that subject or test, and then you ended up scaling through. If you ponder over these things, you would discover there’s nothing so important as believing in yourself! For you to become all you have ever dreamed of, you have to believe in yourself.

To become a champion, you have to believe in yourself when no one else will.

Believe in yourself and all that you are. Know that there is something inside you that is greater than any obstacle.

You can have brains, talents, and beauty, but if you don’t believe in yourself, you’ve got nothing!

Ambition is believing in yourself even when no one does. Until you start believing in yourself, you probably won’t have a life.

Don’t let anyone define your worth with their words or actions because you are much more than words can define. You are young and strong and you have all it takes.

Remember you would never believe in yourself if you keep comparing yourself to others. By doing so, you compare your weakness to their strength.

Believe in yourself and others will follow.

Believing in yourself is the first secret to Success!
