1. Plan Ahead
Get your school supplies for next session ready, such things like textbooks, notebooks, pens and pencils, bags, school uniform and school shoes.

2. Early To Bed, Early To Rise

Try going to bed 30 minutes earlier every night until you are back to an acceptable bedtime for school.
