Adele’s “Hello” Inspires Girls to Contact Their Exes

If you have not heard Adele’s smash hit “Hello” which has been out for two weeks now, then you must live under a stone! It’s already smashed every record there is, from dethroning Taylor Swift as the most viewed on Vevo in 24 hours to being the first single to sell at least a million digital downloads in a week.

But according to a new survey by WhatsYourPrice.com, “Hello” has inspired a crazy number of girls to reconnect with their exes. After all, the emotional track is about contacting a former love after your relationship ended poorly, and wishing them well.

The study consisted of 41,000 single men and women who were asked whether or not they were inspired to make up with their ex after listening to the song, and the results couldn’t be more shocking!

A whopping 64% of women were compelled to reach out to their exes, proving that Adele’s track isn’t just a nice song to listen to between classes, but an experiment with musical mind control! It worked!

But if there was any mind control involved, it mostly only worked on girls because only 17% of men felt compelled to contact an ex after listening to the song.

It’s probably for the best though, because exes are usually exes for a reason. It’s nice that Adele is inspiring people to get closure with their exes. It goes to show that music is truly powerful when it comes to dealing with a breakup!
