Etisalat is the best telecoms network in the country.
This is according to the Telecom Consumer Parliament (TCP), an alternative dispute resolution arm of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC).
The award was bestowed on Etisalat by a panel of judges during the 10th anniversary celebration of the Parliament in Lagos.
Members of the panel pointed out that Etisalat was adjudged the best network operator because it remained consistent in terms of providing quality services and promptly attending to customers’ issues through its customer service centre and lines.
The judges noted that the exceptional performance of Etisalat deserved commendation hence the award.
With 15.7 million, Etisalat is the fourth biggest operator after in Nigeria after MTN, Glo and Airtel.
