The universities ranking list is here again. If you are in Nigeria and you want to know what number your university is on the list, don’t bother “No university in Nigeria made the top 1000, but you can check the lists to see how the schools of your choice fared. The annual Global Universities’ ranking by Quacquarell Symonds (QS) was released recently and the list uses different criteria to rate Universities. So it is very normal to see some universities topping in one criteria but dropping in another.
In contrast, Seven universities in South Africa and six in Egypt are among the top 700 in the 2013/2014 ranking.
It’s quite a big shame that the so-called giant of Africa couldn’t register even a single school on the list.
