According to an interactive video on BBC iWonder, an average adult takes in 3.2 litres of water daily (that is more than 3 bottles of Big Eva water). But I hardly see anyone guzzling this amount of water daily, you say. And you would be right!
For a fact, only a third of this amount – about 1 litre (equivalent to one big Eva bottle) – is consumed as plain water; 1.5 litres (equivalent to one big Eva bottle and one big Coke)For a fact, only a third of this amount – about 1 litre (equivalent to one big Eva bottle) – is consumed as plain water come from other drinks like tea, coffee, juice, and soft drinks; while the rest, about 60cl (equivalent to a little more than a big Pepsi) come from the food we eat.
What’s more? If you live up to the grand old age of 80, you would have in your lifetime consumed around 84,000 litres of water or equivalent to 84,000 big bottles of Eva water!
