I made a week plan subscription today again after the one I formally subscribed elapsed and I could berely make use of it because your material were not accessible.

I complained, instead of you to check what is wrong from your end, you kept telling people “your account has been activated on so and so date!” Yes, I also received a message that my account has been activated but even at that I CAN NOT STILL ACCESS THE MATERIAL THAT I NEED, although the topics are there but unaccessible.

I have made another subscription today. And the same problem persists. I have tried using other browsers to open it but to no avail.

Reading through others complains here, I could see that this is a common issue.

Don’t you think you have to check your website maybe it needs some technical touches?

Money they hard to get o!
