I have subscribed since 27th of December but still unable to access any material. Please activate my account accordingly.

  I was unable to access the material since. I only received a message on my email that my account has been activated but to no avail.
  
  This is not my first time of subscribing to your weekly plan.
  
  It was not like this this first time.
  
  The link “click to start studying” has not been responding since 27th December that I subscribed.
  
  I think something is wrong, help by looking into it.
